We finally got a new digital camera (we dont know what happened to our old one). We were saving all of our coupons and we ended up saving over $100!! Yeah! We got a Olympus Stylus 790 SW (Orange). Its very durable. We like it so far, I will post pictures soon of Reese in her holiday jammies. I LOVE gymboree's new jammie line.
I finally got a new cell phone!! Atfer 3 years, yes THREE years with the same phone I finally got a new cell phone and I have to say I love it!! Its a Samsung A 727. I have to get used to all the "fancy" features. My last phone I knew all the ways to work it backwards and forwards. I will miss my old friend of 3 years, it was loyal. Never really had any problems, it was no match for baby slobber. I was the ONLY one in my family that still had their original cell phone, my lovely husband used to not be so good with phones, but since noticing he kept taking my new upgrades he decided to be nice to his phones and thus enabled me to FINALLY get a new phone! Which was nice for a change. I will miss my old phone but I am VERY happy to get a new one. Jeremy has already asked to trade!! LOL! No sir-this one is mine! Now to only keep my new phone away from the slobber machine, it can never be in the hands of Reesey!!! 
I have been waiting for Jeremy to update the blog to tell everyone that he had his first solo flight last Monday. He hasn't updated to I will do a little catch up and he can describe it later. Jeremy now has flown solo twice. He will fly again today. He is about to do a cross country and a night flight. Hopefully he will get all of his hours this semester for his private pilot. He really wants to get it in time for Christmas. We only have 4 more weeks of school left for this semester!! YEAH!! I only have 2 more semesters and I am done!! Counting down already! We booked Our tickets for Christmas, I will be home for 18 days and Jeremy will be able to be there for 6 days. We are so grateful that he was able to get time off of work. ( Thank you Jeremy's Boss)
Happy Birthday Reese! Today is Reese's first birthday, I already got upset last night at 12:05 realizing thats the exact time she was born last year. This has truly been the best year of my life with my beautiful baby girl. She is everything I could of ever wanted and more. I feel so happy and so sad at the same time that my baby girl is getting bigger and bigger and i know she is still a baby and I'm going to cuddle and kiss more and more every day! Last year she was 7 lbs 4 ounces 20 inches long and in the NICU because of a possible infection. This year she is 20 lbs 7 ounces 28 inches ( my little short stack ) with a little runny nose, she is walking like a champ and right now she is eating her birthday snack....a handful of reese's pieces of course!!
Today has been my susie homemaker day, i bagged and froze 40 pounds of chicken. Yeah you read right FORTY POUNDS of chicken! They had a killer sale on boneless, skinless chicken breast but you had to buy 40 lbs so i bought it and divided it into freezer bags and now my freezer is full of chicken. I also for the past 4 hours have been making homemade applesauce. So far i have made 6 jars which are in the canning process now, i am about to mulch up another 6 jars, I got the apples and applesauce maker stuff from a wonderful lady in the ward so it has only cost me $8 bucks for 12 quart size jars of applesauce and i made 2 apple pie fillings as well. They applesauce is so good and all natural! I dont add any sugar but use a variety of certain apples so it is just naturally sweet. All the ladies in the condo's have made some as well. Also i made a taggie blanket for Reese last night as a template i am going to make some for my niece meadow, Reese loves it so i am sure she will as well. The crafty home-makey bug has bit me!
